LEEL Therapy

LEELTherapy is a therapy and coaching practice led by Erika Lencsés, a Transformational Therapist (RTT®) and Mind Coach. It helps people address emotional or physical stagnation and move toward greater confidence, self-worth, calm, and clarity. The practice offers Rapid Transformational Therapy and hypnotherapy through a personalised, guided process designed to explore underlying beliefs, access the subconscious, and support lasting change.
