Leerkracht

Leerkracht is a Dutch guidance and training provider that combines martial arts with more than 30 years of education experience. Its work serves two groups: young people aged 12 to 24 who are at risk of leaving school, have already dropped out, or lack education, work, and daily structure; and businesses seeking more engaged, resilient teams.

For young people, Leerkracht offers tailored support rather than a standard programme. Services include temporary placements, education and guidance outside a young person’s regular school, individualised programmes, daytime activities, career preparation, and support for parents. Boxing and kickboxing provide a practical starting point for building routine, confidence, discipline, respect, and motivation, with the aim of helping participants move towards education, training, or work.

For organisations, Leerkracht delivers boxing and kickboxing clinics, workshops, team days, and personal training. Sessions can take place at a client’s location or in a training space and are adapted to each group.
