Carnavalsvereniging de Leertrekkers is a carnival association that brings people together to celebrate the carnival season in Stokkum. Its website serves as a central source of information for members, carnival-goers and anyone interested in local festivities, with news, an event calendar, photographs and details about the association’s activities. Visitors can also explore sections dedicated to youth and “Het gevolg,” and read the association’s carnival newspaper, Vasteleer. The Leertrekkers’ 2026 celebrations include “Wi-j beginne vas,” a carnival event scheduled for Saturday, 7 February, described as a carnival ball for enthusiasts.
