Leevster Hof

Leevster Hof is an equestrian care and training facility in Lilienthal-Seebergen, near Bremen, run by Anne-Kathrin Schleufe-Glandorf. The centre specialises in Icelandic horses and other special breeds, offering an activity-based boarding concept designed to support natural movement, social contact and horse welfare. Its services include horse boarding, rehabilitation and therapy, riding lessons, and training or schooling (Beritt). Individual rehabilitation spaces support recovery, while focused training and osteopathic treatments can help promote a horse’s wellbeing.

The Leevster Hof philosophy centres on species-appropriate care and individual education as the foundation of a harmonious relationship between horse and rider. The approach recognises the importance of dry resting areas, sufficient space, interaction with other horses and suitable feeding. Training is adapted to the needs of each horse-and-rider partnership and may be complemented by osteopathic care. Located in a rural setting just outside Bremen, Leevster Hof presents itself as a place where horse health, recovery and ongoing development are central to its services.
