FIBA, the Festival International de la Bière Artisanale, is an annual celebration of craft beer held in Sainte-Marie-Cappel, France. Its 2026 edition takes place on September 26 and 27, bringing together 36 breweries and more than 120 beers for visitors to discover and taste. Festivalgoers can purchase a tasting glass and four tokens for €10, with additional tasting tokens available for €2 each.
The weekend combines beer culture with food, local producers, entertainment, and family activities. A large brewers’ area is complemented by a food and refreshment stand serving fries and the festival’s FIB’ALE 2026. Visitors can also enjoy brewing demonstrations, a local producers’ market, Flemish games, horse rides, children’s rides, and GellyBall. Live music from regional groups features throughout the event.
FIBA also hosts an amateur brewing competition organized by Les Amis de la Bière, as well as a culinary contest. The festival offers a lively showcase of artisan brewing and local culture, with responsible alcohol consumption encouraged.
