Legacy Gym is a community-focused training facility in Kincumber on the Central Coast of New South Wales, welcoming beginners, experienced boxers and general gym-goers. Under one roof, it combines a weights gym, coached classes and a dedicated recovery centre, with options for different ages, interests and training goals.
The gym offers swipe-access weights, cardio and functional training areas, including free weights, racks, machines and boxing equipment. Coached sessions run six days a week and include beginner-friendly boxing, strength and conditioning, and controlled sparring for eligible experienced members. The Legacy Youth Academy provides boxing and strength and conditioning classes for ages 8–13.
Members can also use recovery facilities featuring communal or private infrared saunas, ice baths and a hot spa. Memberships range from gym-only access to class packages and recovery options, with weekly pricing and varying contract terms. A seven-day free trial allows prospective members to try the gym, classes and recovery facilities before choosing a plan.
