Legacy Nutrition is a brand dedicated to helping women and their families with their health and fertility. The brand was founded by Kirstie, a Registered Clinical Nutritionist, who had her own struggles with infertility and gut issues. After dedicating years to studying and implementing what she had learned, Kirstie successfully overcame her own challenges and gave birth to her first baby girl in 2019.

Inspired by her own journey, Kirstie opened Legacy Nutrition in 2016 to offer support and guidance to others facing similar health and fertility issues. Joining Kirstie is Charlotte, a certified Mind Body Eating Coach with a passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Together, they take a holistic approach to wellness and believe that eating challenges are connected to other areas of life and belief systems.
