Legacy Sport & Wellness is a Dallas-based center specializing in ELDOA and myofascial exercise, sports performance, and professional education. Its approach draws on functional anatomy, tensegrity biomechanics, and systems-based perspectives on human movement and wellness. ELDOA postures are self-performed exercises designed to create space around a selected joint through targeted myofascial tension. The center offers classes that may support flexibility, posture, and general physical well-being, alongside individual consultations, evaluations, customized exercise programs, private and semi-private training, and group wellness workouts.
Legacy also works with professional athletes and supports collegiate and professional sports organizations through tailored training, therapy programs, camps, and instruction for coaching and medical staff. Its educational division, the SomaTexas Institute, provides intensive courses in ELDOA, SomaTraining, and SomaTherapy, including certification programs and workshops. Training is organized around a “learn by doing” model, with courses covering topics such as spine, pelvis, and limb work. The center additionally offers a Professional Development Series, consultation services for wellness facilities, and speaking engagements.
