The Legs Matter coalition is a group of healthcare organizations working together to raise awareness, enhance understanding, and take action on leg and foot conditions for both patients and healthcare professionals. Their mission is to prevent harm and promote proper care for lower leg and foot conditions. The coalition believes that insufficient action regarding these conditions is currently causing harm to individuals.
They have a team of eight healthcare charities and non-profits, as well as trusted patient advisors and corporate partners who support their efforts. The coalition aims to reshape care by ensuring that individuals with lower leg or foot problems receive the necessary care, attention, and support. Their website provides information, advice, resources, and evidence for patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public.
With a commitment to making legs matter, the coalition is dedicated to improving the well-being of those affected by leg and foot conditions
