Lehrlingstraining is an Austrian training and development partner focused on apprentices, trainers, and the companies that employ them. The organisation helps businesses address the demands of modern apprenticeship programmes by designing practical learning experiences and taking work off employers’ hands. Its services are tailored to each company, from an initial needs discussion and programme design through training, evaluation, and preparation of documents for funding administration.

For apprentices, offerings include introductory and foundational skills training, preparation for final apprenticeship examinations, specialist instruction, coaching, and programmes in communication, teamwork, presentation, learning, wellbeing, and sales. Teambuilding, onboarding, outdoor activities, and horse-assisted training are also available. Trainers can access the statutory trainer course, professional qualifications, continuing education, digital learning tools, coaching, and mentoring. For employers, services include talks, consulting, workshops, events, training design, talent programmes, and in- or outsourcing support. Some programmes are offered online. Lehrlingstraining reports experience working with more than 10,000 participants and over 60 companies, and says it won the European Training Prize for a third time in 2021.
