Le Lune Allegre

Le Lune Allegre is an association based in Padua that promotes a thoughtful, supportive culture around maternity and birth. Its work creates dedicated time, spaces and support for women, mothers, fathers and children, helping families navigate pregnancy, childbirth and parenting in ways that suit their individual experiences. The association’s doula services offer companionship to people who are planning to have a child, are expecting, or have recently welcomed a baby. Doula support can also be given as a gift to expectant parents.

Le Lune Allegre organizes themed meetings and group activities, including circles for mothers, baby massage, pregnancy movement sessions, and “Lune Crescenti” and “Nuvolando” programs. Its activities also include events and opportunities for parents to share questions and experiences, with topics ranging from childbirth and early parenting to feeding and post-partum body and sexuality. The association has its legal headquarters in Padua and satellite locations in cities where its individual projects take place.
