Lena Schürmann Picture Stories is the photography brand of Lena Schürmann, who creates natural, story-led images for couples and modern romantics. Her approach is to document people and events as they unfold, with little intervention and no scripted poses, capturing genuine moments, laughter, excitement and the atmosphere of the day. Lena accompanies clients for a chapter of their story, whether that means photographing a wedding or creating a couple’s portrait session.

She aims to help people feel comfortable being themselves, allowing authentic images to emerge as the experience happens. Her work is available wherever clients want their story told, in Germany and beyond. The website showcases picture stories including a couple’s shoot in Marrakesh and weddings in Aachen, at Wasserburg Geretzhoven and in Dortmund’s harbor.

Lena invites prospective clients to get in touch to discuss their plans and meet her, with the aim of documenting their occasion in an empathetic, lively and natural way
