LeningCare is an outpatient care provider serving Mülheim an der Ruhr and the surrounding area. Led by Eugen Lening and Christine Rapisov, the organisation combines professional support with a personal, compassionate approach, aiming to help clients feel safe and comfortable at home. Its services are tailored to individual needs and include basic care, such as assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, eating and mobility, as well as medical care carried out in accordance with doctors’ instructions.

LeningCare also offers companionship and everyday assistance, including walks, appointments, shopping and household tasks. Household services cover cleaning, laundry, ironing and meal preparation. For family caregivers who need time away, the team provides flexible respite care, including cover during illness or holidays and support billed through the care insurance fund.

Care consultation helps clients navigate applications, care grades, assessments and financing, including advice under §37. 3 SGB XI. The provider offers a free, non-binding initial consultation, fixed caregivers and 24-hour on-call availability.
