Lenschenhof

Lenschenhof is a family-run equestrian, breeding and carpentry business operated by the von Hörsten family in its fifth generation in the Lüneburg Heath, Germany. Set amid the region’s meadows, forests and moors, the farm offers a peaceful rural setting for horses and riders. Its “Pferd und Pony” boarding facility has 25 stalls, three open stables, an indoor riding arena, a riding ground, a jumping course and a round pen. Riders can also explore the surrounding countryside on horseback.

The Lenschenhof breeding operation raises Hanoverian horses, German Riding Ponies, Bunte Bentheimer pigs, Jersey Giant chickens and quail. Visitors are welcome to learn about the breeding work and see the farm.

The business also includes the von Hörsten carpentry workshop, which provides new construction and repairs for wooden floors, doors, windows and staircases, as well as carports and wooden fences.
