LeoFlex is a modular hotel operations platform built exclusively for the apaleo property management system (PMS). Its tools work within apaleo, using it as the single source of truth for hotel data and reservations, so teams can manage daily tasks without maintaining information in multiple systems. Hotels can activate only the modules they need, on a per-property basis, with no setup fees or long-term contract; every module is offered with a free 30-day trial.
LeoFlex’s products include an AI-powered messaging concierge that handles email, WhatsApp and online travel agency messages, and can reply to guests, make bookings and sell extras. The Channel Manager distributes room rates and availability to major booking platforms, synchronizes reservations and supports payment processing. Additional modules automate room assignment, electronic guest registration with authorities in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and digital access codes through compatible smart locks, including NUKI, Tedee and Seam.
The platform also brings assignments, access codes and registration tasks into a shared queue with status tracking and logs.
