Leo Murphy Photography is a photography studio based on O’Connell Street in Waterford City, Ireland. Photographer Leo Murphy brings more than 30 years of industry experience, adapting a simple, classic and true approach from film photography to the digital age. The studio serves a range of clients through commercial, portrait, public relations and wedding photography.
Commercial work has included photographing business leaders for organisations such as FAS, Waterford Crystal and Bausch & Lomb, supporting local council campaigns, and capturing aerial views of land and sea. Leo has also photographed well-known figures, including Tiger Woods. In portraiture, he aims to help people feel relaxed in front of the camera, creating portraits of brides and families as well as other clients.
The studio also offers professional custom framing, drawing on more than 25 years of framing experience. Its workshop provides a range of mounts and mouldings, with guidance on selecting options to suit clients’ requirements and interiors.
