Leontine Coaching & Care provides personalized support for children and young adults with complex needs, including profound multiple disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, muscle diseases, and acquired brain injury. The service emphasizes individual attention, building a strong connection with each client, and adapting care to their needs and abilities. Individual one-to-one support is offered at the client’s home, in consultation with parents or guardians, within approximately 25 kilometres of Brakel in the Netherlands. Activities are preferably outdoors, with a balance of effort and relaxation.
The organization also offers small-scale weekend stays in Arnhem, from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon. Three children are supported by two caregivers, and each child has a private room. Activities may include swimming, sensory experiences, cinema visits, trips to a petting farm, and cycling. Day care is available as a gentle introduction.
Leontine holds a vocational diploma in disability care and is an autism coach and first-aid-certified. Experience includes epilepsy, hoists, and tube feeding.
