Co-owned by Kristi Drake and Thierry Mougin, a French-trained baker from Normandie, Le Panier specializes in crafting authentic boulangerie and patisserie delights, all made fresh on-site daily. The bakery is renowned for its classic offerings, including flaky croissants, indulgent macarons, and traditional French breads, with a keen focus on using local, seasonal ingredients.
