LEPAS is a design-led electrified car brand from Chery International, represented in the UK by OMODA & JAECOO UK Limited. Its vision is “elegant, electrified driving,” with a design philosophy called Leopard Aesthetics, inspired by the precision, movement and strength of the leopard. The brand’s UK range is planned to include hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric vehicles.
The flagship LEPAS L8 is a large five-seat plug-in hybrid SUV powered by the LEPAS Super Hybrid system. UK versions include the Essence, priced from £34,900 on the road, and the Elevate, from £37,900. LEPAS has also announced the L6, an all-electric SUV with a 65kWh LFP battery, a 160kW (217PS) motor and a stated range of up to 279 miles.
