L'épicurieuse Gaïa

L’épicurieuse Gaïa is the health coaching and plant-based cuisine practice of Katia Justrabo, also presented as Katia Barreille. Based in the Anglet, Bayonne and Biarritz area, it supports people who want to build healthier eating habits, explore plant-based food or make their kitchen more environmentally responsible. Its approach focuses on colourful, enjoyable cooking without gluten or dairy, with attention to personal wellbeing and the planet.

Services include naturopathy and nutrition consultations, an initial assessment, individual coaching programmes and guidance through changes to everyday eating. Clients can also take part in discovery workshops, including sessions for children, or arrange for Katia to cook at home. Consultations and coaching are available remotely or at the client’s home. Drawing on training in naturopathy and micronutrition, Katia shares nutritional foundations and practical, eco-conscious tools in an accessible and encouraging way.
