Leppäahon Hevostila is a family-run horse boarding stable in the village of Raala, Nurmijärvi, in Finland’s Uusimaa region. Operated by Kari and Nina Savolainen, the stable provides full-board care for horses of different breeds, genders and purposes, from retired companions and leisure horses to competition horses. Its facilities include a stable with stalls for 21 horses and seven individual outdoor shelters, along with a wash area, tack storage and drying rooms, a lounge and an indoor toilet.
Full-board services include daily stall cleaning, turnout throughout the day and feeding four times daily. The monthly rate covers analyzed, pre-dried hay, selected Racing feeds, linseed meal and salt. Horses can use sheltered, sand-based paddocks and around 15 hectares of maintained summer pasture. Exercise options include a nearly one-kilometre training track, a lit and fenced riding arena, woodland trails, quiet gravel roads and a 700-metre straight for fast work. A nearby private indoor arena is available by separate agreement and for an additional fee. Leppäahon Hevostila is located at Leppäahontie 53 in Nurmijärvi.
