Le Radici del Vino is an association-organised festival and fair in Rauscedo, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, celebrating viticulture, wine and local culture. Its 2026 programme is scheduled for 9–11 October and welcomes both industry professionals and the wider public. A central feature is the Viticoltura d’Eccellenza agricultural fair, which focuses on vine nurseries, vineyards, and technologies and opportunities for growing grapes.
Visitors can also attend technical conferences, meet people from the worlds of wine and culture, and explore guided tasting workshops. The event includes a Ribolla Gialla festival and wine competition, along with Piazza dei Sapori, showcasing products and businesses from Friuli Venezia Giulia. At the Arena del Gusto, local associations serve traditional regional dishes for lunch and dinner, with local wines available from the wine shop.
Other attractions include artisan and craft displays, children’s activities, music, exhibitions, and a tourist train tour of the vine nursery at the VCR Research Center. The wine shop presents more than 100 labels from Italy and other wine regions around the world
