Les Chalets Alpins is an exclusive alpine residence in the classified village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, in France’s 3 Vallées ski area. Presented by PROMOJAY, the development comprises two discreet chalets with 12 high-end apartments, combining traditional Savoyard materials such as natural stone, slate and reclaimed wood with contemporary interiors.

The apartments range from 90 to 130 square metres and offer three or four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Bright, open living spaces include a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, while every home has a private balcony or terrace and panoramic views over the Belleville Valley. South-west exposure brings sunlight throughout the day, and owners can personalize selected finishes. Bathroom furniture is included.

Located about 250 metres from ski lifts, village shops and restaurants, the residence offers access to more than 600 kilometres of pistes across the 3 Vallées, including Courchevel and Méribel. The area also supports year-round outdoor activities, including hiking and mountain biking. The website provides apartment details, availability, plans, interactive 360-degree tours and contact information.
