Od 2014. godine Srbija se priključuje listi zemalja u kojima je otvoren Lesaffre pekarski centar, namenjen edukaciji domaćih pekara, saradnika i partnera, ali i testiranju i kreiranju novih proizvoda. Sami Lesaffre pekarski centri, predstavljaju jedinstven pionirski koncept u pekarskoj industriji, započet u Francuskoj sedamdesetih godina prošlog veka, i mreža danas ima 51 pekarski centar širom planete, koji su središte stručnosti, tehnologije i inovativnosti u svetu pekarstva. On Serbian market, Lesaffre has been present for two decades, offering a rich assortment of bakery raw materials and products. Some of the most well-known brands in our country are Vrenje, Alfa, Fermin, Magimix, Inventis, and Budafok. Since 2014, Serbia has joined the list of countries where a Lesaffre baking center has been opened, aimed at educating local bakers, collaborators, and partners, as well as testing and creating new products. Lesaffre baking centers themselves represent a unique pioneering concept in the baking industry, initiated in France in the 1970s. Today, the network includes 51 baking centers worldwide, serving as hubs of expertise, technology, and innovation in the world of baking.
