Les Ailes du Cœur is a non-governmental organization based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Established in 2010, it focuses on youth development and overall health promotion, with a special emphasis on reproductive health. The organization has gained official recognition from municipal authorities, as well as the City Hall of Kinshasa, the General Secretariats of Health, Youth, Gender, Family, and Justice.

Under the leadership of an Executive Director and an Executive Committee, Les Ailes du Cœur implements various micro-projects and initiatives. These projects aim to improve the lives of children, youth, and adults through community development, holistic healthcare, and behavioral change communication. The organization also collaborates with partners and stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

Les Ailes du Cœur has successfully implemented projects such as combatting child marriage, advocating for menstrual health, and providing reproductive health services to adolescents and youth. With a growing number of technical and financial partners, the organization continues to make a positive impact on the lives of more than 1,350 young affiliates in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
