des Archers de Saint-Michel

Les Archers de Saint-Michel is an archery club based in Menton, France. Founded in 1984, the association welcomes people aged 12 and over, from complete beginners to experienced archers, and provides a place to discover and practise the sport. Members can learn or train with recurve bows, barebows and compound bows. Introductory sessions use recurve bows to teach fundamental techniques and essential safety rules. Shooting takes place at indoor and outdoor targets, with distances ranging from 8 to 70 metres according to the facilities and participants’ level.

Training is scheduled around the school calendar, with no sessions during school holidays. To support new members, the club offers introductory and progression equipment for rent during the first year. Depending on their experience and goals, archers may also take part in official competitions and pursue qualifying places for the French Championships. Affiliated with the French Archery Federation (FFTA), Les Archers de Saint-Michel provides federation-aligned archery practice and invites newcomers to join its club and explore the sport.
