Les carnets d'Agnès

Les Carnets d’Agnès is the culinary workshop and food education practice of Agnès Ramillon, based in Valence and serving the Drôme and Ardèche regions. Agnès designs and leads cooking and baking workshops, along with food education projects, for individuals, professionals, associations and local authorities. Offerings include activities for children and teenagers, adult workshops, events and tailored programmes for professional teams and facilitators. Each project is adapted to participants’ needs, with an emphasis on creativity, practical learning and inclusive guidance.

For private clients, Agnès offers mobile workshops at home, allowing families and friends to choose a convenient date and time and cook in their own surroundings. This approach also helps participants feel confident recreating recipes after the session. Workshops can take place in person or remotely. Agnès brings observation, adaptability and experience to the design and facilitation of each activity, aiming to support everyone’s success. Her work reflects a view of cooking as both a practical skill and a social, connecting experience.
