Les Clefs d'Or Russia is the regional public organization that represents the Russian section of the international association Les Clefs d'Or. As part of the only professional community of hotel concierges, Les Clefs d'Or Russia boasts approximately 4000 members from over 80 countries. The organization is built on values of fellowship, mutual assistance, and voluntary collaboration.
With a rich history, Les Clefs d'Or was founded in Paris in 1929 by 11 concierges, and later led by Ferdinand Gillet. Today, the association has grown to encompass over 3500 members in more than 50 countries worldwide. Les Clefs d'Or Russia is committed to serving guests with excellence and prioritizing their satisfaction.
