Les Croupiers Running Club, established in 1981, is one of the largest and most inclusive running clubs in Wales. Based in Cardiff and primarily meeting at Llandaff Rugby Club every Thursday evening, the club welcomes runners of all abilities, from competitive athletes to casual joggers. Originating from the Cardiff AAC, Les Croupiers emphasizes road running while also participating in the Gwent League's winter cross-country races.

Members engage in regular training sessions throughout the week, often sharing transportation to races and socializing after runs. While the club currently does not offer a junior section, it encourages youth participation through local athletic opportunities. With a commitment to inclusivity, Les Croupiers values respect and support for all participants, regardless of background.

Membership includes affiliation with Welsh Athletics, offering numerous benefits and opportunities to connect with fellow running enthusiasts. Join Les Croupiers to experience a vibrant community dedicated to running and camaraderie
