Les Écuries du Cha’let is a family-run equestrian centre and pony club in Épagny Metz-Tessy, near Annecy in Haute-Savoie. Welcoming children and adults, the centre offers private and group riding lessons for beginners through to experienced riders, as well as pony lessons and opportunities to take riding proficiency exams from Galop 1 to Galop 7. Riders can also join holiday courses, held during school breaks, to discover or develop their skills, and enjoy horse rides and pony outings. The centre caters to both leisure riding and competition, aiming to provide a place for riders of different ages and abilities.
For horse owners, the stables provide boarding options including boxes, free-access stable housing and several hectares of pasture. Facilities include a 40-by-20-metre indoor arena, a sand outdoor arena and extensive grounds. The business is led by Laetitia Challut, a state-qualified instructor since 2017, who took over the establishment in 2020. Located at 235 Route de Chez les Roux, the centre serves the Annecy area and welcomes enquiries about lessons, courses and boarding.
