Auberge des Templiers is a Relais & Châteaux hotel and restaurant in Boismorand, in France’s Loiret region, near the edge of Sologne and about 1.5 hours from Paris. Set within a six-hectare landscaped park, this family-run country retreat combines a welcoming atmosphere with an elegant sense of hospitality. Its 20 luxury rooms and suites are spread across distinctive buildings, including a cottage, thatched house and manor, and feature individual décor inspired by classic and Art Deco styles.

Guests can enjoy the hotel’s Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, where the chef presents contemporary cuisine showcasing local ingredients and seasonal produce. The wine cellar offers around 650 references, with guidance from the head sommelier and options for tailored food-and-wine pairings. In warmer months, visitors can relax by the swimming pool, enjoy the sunny bar or dine on the restaurant terrace; in winter, the bar offers a cosy setting by the fireplace. The Auberge also provides seminar facilities, gift options and access to countryside activities, including walks and visits to the Loire Valley’s châteaux.
