Le Studio Endo is the movement and wellness practice of Océane Madiou, a Pilates instructor and fitness coach based in Saint-Uniac, near Rennes, France. Shaped by her experience living with endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS, the studio offers a thoughtful approach to exercise that respects pain, fatigue and individual needs. Its guiding principle is to help people move with their bodies, not against them.

Services include Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Sport Santé and stretching, with sessions designed to support gentle strengthening, mobility, relaxation and body awareness. Reformer classes take place in small groups for more personalised guidance. Océane also offers individual coaching tailored to endometriosis and hormonal conditions, and works with businesses, associations and Pilates studios on classes, workshops and teaching support. Remote personalised sessions are planned for the future.

Océane teaches in Rennes and surrounding areas, including at local studios and fitness venues. Her qualifications include state-recognised fitness training and Pilates education, with further certifications listed as part of her training pathway.
