Letecká škola ADAM is a family-run flight school based at Nymburk Airport, about 20 minutes from Prague. Operating since 1995, it trains aspiring pilots to fly ultralight aircraft (ULL) and powered hang gliders (MZK), with instruction from pilots who compete for the Czech national team. Its programs combine classroom theory with individual practical flight training, supported by free e-learning and recorded lectures.
The school also offers VFR controlled-airspace training for qualified ULL pilots and introductory “pilot for a day” flights for people who want to try flying without committing to a course. Students enrolling in a ULL or MZK theory course receive a complimentary 20-minute introductory flight, credited toward training if they continue. Additional services include aircraft and powered-hang-glider rentals, and sales of Air Creation hang gliders and Aeroprakt aircraft as their Czech dealers.
Training and courses take place in Nymburk, where the school also offers access to its aircraft and facilities. ADAM emphasizes personal instruction, flexible scheduling, and no landing fees for training or rentals
