The Dragonboat Association of Southern Alberta (DASA) is a Lethbridge-based organization that supports dragon boat paddling and helps people connect with teams and training opportunities. Its website provides information about team practices, upcoming events, fees and forms, and association policies and documents. New paddlers seeking a spring festival team are directed to the Lethbridge Rotary Dragon Boat Festival website, while those interested in joining a team at other times can contact DASA’s Team Liaison for guidance on skill level and options.

DASA also encourages community participation through volunteering at practices and events. Volunteers can earn credits toward DASA paddling or pool practice fees, and may transfer credits to other paddlers. The association shares news about local dragon boat participants and provides information on its board, frequently asked questions, and rental or event bookings. With a focus on paddling, practice, and community involvement, DASA helps make dragon boating accessible to people in Southern Alberta and supports members taking part in local and international events.
