L'Étrier Luganais

L’Étrier Luganais is an equestrian centre and pony club located in Lugan, in France’s Tarn department. Led by Mélissa, the centre welcomes riders from beginners to advanced levels and aims to foster a supportive, respectful environment for both people and horses. Its activities include pony rides on a lead rein for children from age two, group riding lessons for children from around age four and a half, weekday evening classes for adults, and individual coaching using either a club horse or a rider’s own horse.

Riders can also take part in holiday courses across different disciplines, sessions with visiting professionals, competition coaching, horse training and breaking-in services. The centre lists boarding, half-boarding and equine physiotherapy among its services. Set across nine hectares, its facilities include a 60-by-20-metre arena, a lunging ring, 23 boxes, fields and paddocks, a clubhouse with sanitary facilities, and separate tack rooms for club and privately owned horses.
