Let's Adopt Indonesia (LAI) is a Non-governmental Organization that focuses on the well-being of animals in general, with a particular emphasis on sterilization and adoption as tangible actions to improve the quality of life for stray animals. Our main mission is to educate the public about animal welfare, the importance of sterilization (spay/neuter) for animals, and to rescue and provide homes for one homeless animal at a time. We also aspire to continuously discuss animal welfare issues with the community, as this topic is not commonly addressed in Indonesia, even though stray dogs and cats have become a common sight on the streets. Living alongside society, these animals often fall victim to abuse, neglect, and accidents.

Let's Adopt Indonesia is driven by a group of volunteers and funded solely through individual donations and merchandise sales. We do NOT have a shelter. The animals we rescue live with foster volunteers, who are part of the larger Let's Adopt Indonesia family. We use social media as our primary tool to spread our organization's vision, educate, and communicate with the community by sharing simple and engaging content through our official accounts.

In 2018, Let's Adopt Indonesia officially became the "YAYASAN ADOPSI HEWAN INDONESIA" (Indonesia Animal Adoption Foundation). In 2020, we have focused on a campaign to sterilize animals to address the overpopulation of stray dogs and cats in Indonesia, so they can have a better life and live harmoniously alongside society.
