Lets Get Paid

Let’s Get Paid is a Dallas–Fort Worth real estate education and mentorship program founded by active local investors. Since 2018, its team has bought, sold, and renovated off-market properties, and uses those experiences to teach beginners practical investing skills. The program is presented as free and “earn while you learn,” with hands-on opportunities to observe or participate in active deals without investing personal capital.

Training covers finding and evaluating deals, creative financing, house flipping, renovations, acquisitions, negotiation, and building rental portfolios. Students can also attend live virtual events, open houses, and weekly investing activities, and learn through the program’s “Inside the Deal” approach. The organization says no prior experience is required, but participants must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and commit about 10 hours per week.

Its mentors include Michael Williams, Paige Le, and Mychael Anderson, who bring experience in entrepreneurship, residential real estate operations, rehabs, and off-market investing
