Let’s Play Daycare is a small, child-centered early learning and care service in Belrose, New South Wales, for children aged 2–6. Inspired by Steiner principles, it offers a calm, nurturing environment where children are treated as individuals and supported to grow at their own pace. Small groups, consistent educators, familiar faces and predictable daily rhythms help children build trust, feel settled and develop a sense of belonging.

The service emphasizes holistic development, creative expression, social and emotional learning, and respect for childhood. Its approach to school readiness focuses on building confidence, communication, independence and emotional resilience rather than rushing children into academic work. Through stories, conversation, songs, play, nature, baking and everyday routines, children encounter early literacy and numeracy in practical, engaging ways.

Educators also support children with transitions, friendships, turn-taking and managing big feelings. Let’s Play invites families to book a tour, learn about its approach and meet the educators, helping them decide whether the service is a suitable fit for their child and family
