Let’s Spill the Milk is a breastfeeding support service focused on helping new parents begin and navigate their feeding journeys with confidence and a positive experience. Through personalized care, the provider works with families who are preparing to breastfeed as well as those experiencing challenges along the way. Services include prenatal consultations, in-office consultations, pumping appointments, and telehealth consultations.

Initial visits generally last about an hour and provide face-to-face care; follow-up appointments may be recommended according to a treatment plan agreed upon by the provider and parent or parents. Secure messaging is also available between appointments for questions, comments, or updates. The practice currently accepts new patients and is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.

m. to 4 p. m.

Care is self-pay, with a SuperBill provided for families to submit to their insurer for possible reimbursement. Appointments and communications are supported through MilkNotes, a secure, HIPAA-compliant parent portal.
