About Let’s Talk Kids Health
TEACH Me ADHD is an educational brand created by behavioral pediatrician Dr. Nerissa Bauer, CEO of Let’s Talk Kids Health. Drawing on her professional experience and personal perspective as someone with ADHD, Dr.
Bauer helps families approach ADHD with curiosity, playfulness, and practical strategies. The brand’s flagship course is designed for children ages 8–12 and their parents to complete together. Through interactive, detective-themed lessons and weekly family missions, participants build shared understanding, routines, cooperation, and a common language for discussing ADHD.
Families can join live sessions on Zoom or choose the on-demand course, which offers the course materials without scheduled Zoom classes. For teens ages 13–18, TEACH Me ADHD: Director’s Cut offers theater-themed workshops on topics including executive functioning, emotional regulation, and real-life skills; teens may attend one or more workshops, and participation is open to teens with or without ADHD. The brand also shares practical guidance through the ADHD Mom Docs Podcast, hosted by Dr.
Bauer and Dr. Dilts, along with resources and a mailing list featuring tips, inspiration, and updates. Course materials are educational and are not a substitute for medical or mental health care
