LevizAlbania is a brand that aims to strengthen local democracy in Albania through civic and citizen actions. It is a project financed by the Swiss Government through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and implemented by a consortium of three successful Albanian organizations: Open Society Foundation Albania, Partners Albania for Change and Development, and Co-PLAN, Institute for Habitat Development. LevizAlbania serves as a catalyst for enhancing local democracy by empowering individuals and communities to actively engage in decision-making processes.
With a focus on civil and citizen participation, LevizAlbania supports various initiatives, strategic projects, and public consultations. The brand has made significant strides in its mission, with impressive statistics to showcase its impact. LevizAlbania has supported 23 projects, covering 61 municipalities, and involving over 38,000 citizens.
