David Levy

Levy Design Studio is a residential design firm based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, specializing in modern and minimalist custom homes. Its designers and draftsmen work with homeowners, investors, and real estate developers to turn ideas for single-family homes and townhomes into practical, carefully considered designs. The studio offers support throughout the design process, from initial concepts and schematic development to final design and construction and permit drawings.

Early work may include site and zoning studies, preliminary plans, elevations, and 3D models or renderings. As designs progress, the team develops detailed layouts, refines materials and finishes, and prepares documentation for builders and permitting. In collaboration with architects and engineers as needed, construction drawings can include structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other project details.

Levy Design Studio also offers project management and owner representation to support planning, coordination, and oversight during the design-build process. Its portfolio includes modern and minimalist residential projects, as well as commercial and office building designs
