About Lewisporte YachtClub
The Lewisporte Yacht Club (LYC), located on the picturesque northeast coast of Newfoundland, Canada, serves as a vibrant social hub for boating enthusiasts in the region. This esteemed club collaborates with the Lewisporte Marina Administrative Authority (LMAA) to manage the Lewisporte Marina, a premier recreational boating destination nestled within the stunning Notre Dame Bay.
As a member-driven organization, the LYC offers various services to its members, including access to 170 berths at finger piers and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere for social gatherings. Individuals aged 19 and older can join as Crew Members, with an affordable annual fee, fostering a community of boat owners and their families.
In addition to hosting social events and fostering camaraderie among members, the LYC is committed to promoting the natural beauty of Notre Dame Bay as a sought-after cruising destination. With dedicated leadership and a focus on enhancing the boating experience, the Lewisporte Yacht Club continues to be a cornerstone of the local maritime culture.
