Lex Renovate LLC is a licensed and insured general contracting and home remodeling company based in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Founded by Jose J. Segovia, the business draws on more than a decade of experience in real estate, property improvements, and house flipping. This background informs its approach to renovations, with attention to craftsmanship, design, and the potential value of each project.

The company serves homeowners in Lexington, Nicholasville, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities. Its services include full kitchen renovations, such as custom cabinetry, countertop updates, and layout improvements, as well as bathroom remodels featuring tile showers and modern vanities. Lex Renovate also finishes basements to create useful living areas and provides broader interior remodeling, including structural changes and custom trim work.

From demolition through final finishes, the team manages projects and coordinates the work, helping clients avoid overseeing multiple subcontractors. Homeowners can book online or request an estimate by phone or email. Flexible financing is available through the company’s partnership with Wisetack.
