LexVet Mobile Surgery

LexVet Mobile Surgery provides advanced veterinary surgical care for dogs and cats in Lexington and throughout Central Kentucky. Its concierge surgery team works with family veterinarians, bringing specialized surgical services to clinics so pets can receive care in a familiar setting. Owners without a family veterinarian can contact one of LexVet’s partner clinics to arrange surgery.

The team offers orthopedic procedures for injuries affecting bones, muscles, and joints, as well as soft tissue surgery involving internal organs, masses or tumors, hernias, and corrective plastic surgery. Regenerative medicine, including stem cell therapy, is also available to support healing, reduce inflammation, and ease pain, particularly for pets with arthritis.

LexVet’s surgical team supplies its own staff, equipment, and medications, helping partner practices provide advanced procedures without reallocating their personnel or investing in specialized resources. The team has worked together since 2015 and has performed thousands of advanced surgeries in general practices, urgent care facilities, emergency clinics, and 24-hour care facilities. After surgery, pets can return to their family veterinarian for ongoing care.
