Leycia liebevoll schlafen

Leycia – liebevoll schlafen is a baby and toddler sleep coaching service that supports families seeking a more restful and manageable sleep routine. Drawing on an understanding of how challenging baby sleep can become, Leycia offers individual guidance for parents whose children have difficulty settling, wake frequently, take short daytime naps, or rely on feeding, movement, or parental presence to fall asleep. The service includes one-to-one coaching, smaller support options, free downloads, and a complimentary introductory conversation.

Rather than providing a fixed plan, Leycia works with each family to identify practical next steps that suit their circumstances, goals, and pace. The approach is needs- and attachment-oriented, considering the wellbeing of the child and parents alike. Families receive knowledge and tools to help them understand their child and support sleep changes in a way that feels comfortable to them. Leycia explicitly distances its coaching from sleep-training methods and leaving children to cry, emphasizing that children’s needs and emotions should be acknowledged throughout the process.
