Leyte II Electric Cooperative, Inc., also known as LEYECO II, is a highly regarded non-stock, non-profit electric cooperative founded on October 26, 1975. With over 41 years of service in the Rural Electrification Program, LEYECO II has established itself as a leading organization in providing electricity to the communities of Tacloban, Palo, and Babatngon in the Philippines. As an A plus EC (Electric Coop), it is classified as a MEGA LARGE Electric Cooperative and has been awarded an AAA KPS Rating.
