LEYECOV, also known as Leyte V Electric Cooperative, Inc., is a locally-owned, private, non-profit enterprise providing electricity to its members at affordable rates. As the fifth electric cooperative in Leyte, LEYECOV serves 83,490 member-consumers in 414 barangays across eleven municipalities and one city. The cooperative boasts a total combined power capacity of 52 MVA from various substations.
