LFC Auctions is an online marketplace focused on buying and selling luxury residential real estate through an open, transparent process. Its platform features properties in the United States and internationally, with search tools that help buyers narrow listings by location and other criteria. Visitors can review available property information and documents before deciding whether to participate.

The buying process begins with free account registration, which provides access to additional details and email updates. Buyers can then select a property, review its information, and, when required, submit a deposit by credit card, wire transfer, or check before placing an online bid. Auction requirements and deadlines vary by asset. Once a winner is declared, the buyer provides purchase funds, and a closing coordinator assists both buyer and seller with final paperwork.

LFC Auctions also invites property owners to sell through the platform and provides information for buyers, sellers, and agents. The company offers account sign-up and login access, property listings, online bidding, and support throughout the auction and closing process.
