LGBT Foundation is a national charity dedicated to providing essential support, advice, and information services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans (LGBT) communities across the UK. Our aim is to create a fair and equal society where LGBTQ+ individuals can thrive and reach their full potential. We understand that the LGBTQ+ community still faces discrimination, persecution, and significant health disparities.

That's why we offer a comprehensive range of services to address these challenges and empower our communities. Through our support groups, face-to-face counselling, helpline, email and pop-in service, befriending scheme, and sexual health program, we reduce isolation, boost confidence, and ensure that everyone has access to vital resources. Our work extends beyond direct support, as we collaborate with partners to build cohesive LGBTQ+ communities and foster attitude change in society.

We reach thousands of people online each year, providing guidance, organizing advice surgeries, and conducting various research projects to initiate policy change. We have a dedicated team of staff and volunteers who are here to help with a wide range of issues, from relationships and coming out to legal rights and hate crime reporting.
